We will familiarise you with the developments around the areas of choice allowing you to view the country and the properties in an efficient and relaxing approach.

Clients who prefer to design their own trip and schedule can inform us of your itinerary, (travel dates and schedule) with contact details and we can arrange our Bulgarian associate to meet you at your convenience and escort you to properties in the areas of your choice.

Prices

Depending on the length of your stay, an inspection trip can vary between €373 and €800.

If you are visiting only one area, for example the coast, a stay of 3 – 4 days is sufficient. However if you wish to visit more than one area, for example the coast and the ski resorts, it would be worth your while to allow for at least one weeks stay.

Sample Itinerary

Day One
Collection at airport and transport to your accommodation

Day Two
Our associate will collect you at the hotel at a time that suits you. You will then be escorted to view properties in Sunny Beach and/or Sozopol if time permits. You will view both the developments and the surrounding areas. You will be brought back to the hotel at the end of the day’s tour.

Day Three
Will follow a similar pattern to Day Two. At your discretion, we can arrange for the agent to meet you for a second day of touring, and you could revisit any of the previous properties you have looked at should you express an interest.

Day Four
Collection at the hotel and transport to the airport
