Philip Mason, BSc.

The Bulgarian Property Solution is a British run business formed in 2006. The businesses main activities are the running of our apartment rentals in Sunny Beach and consultation for investment potential and acquisition of land or property.

We can offer our clients off plan, newly built properties as well as restoration, renovation and land acquisition projects and are delighted to discuss any ideas to tailor your individual requirements. We aspire to attain a high level of service for our clients approval.

Philip has a technical background within the circular knitting machine industry, (textiles). His work engaged him in extensive travel, predominantly Europe but also Scandinavia,  Russia, Israel, Turkey, Central and North Africa thus becoming very interested in different cultures.

The decline in the textile industry Philip decided to retrain and entered university in which he gained a BSc. (hons) degree in Computing Science and Engineering. Whilst studying he gained a position teaching Information Communication Technology in the Department of Business and Computing Sciences at Leicester College.

He has always been interested in property and never afraid to get involved with his own renovation projects. His interests combined with his research experiences he began to consider property investment. Researching hard, became totally convinced of Bulgaria’s potential as an alternative investment to other options worldwide.

His wife Felicity, a housewife, teacher and fitness instructor departed for Bulgaria for a holiday/inspection visit and subsequently, invested.

Since, have made many friends and associates regarding the real estate business and peripherals in Bulgaria and it seemed appropriate to utilise their knowledge, experience and contacts to better use by promoting the businesses in parallel.

Bulgaria is steeped in history and culture and Pomorie dates back to the 4th century B.C. It is famous for its mud therapy and is amongst the best in world. In contrast to its many historical sites there are lovely beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and water sports that are appealing to all ages.

Philip and Felicity are enthusiastic in their venture, our own investment is testimonial to our philosophy and that we can deliver a personal and sincere service to subsequent clients.
